What I can help you with

You don’t need to come with the right words or a clear idea of what's wrong. Most people don’t, and that's ok! Here are some of the things we might work on together.

  • Anxiety, Stress & Burnout

Persistent worry, overthinking, emotional exhaustion, procrastination, difficulty switching off, and feeling overwhelmed by everyday demands.

  • Major Life Transitions

Career changes, relocation, relationship changes, becoming a parent, identity shifts, or periods when you're unsure what comes next.

  • Relationships

Recurring conflicts, communication difficulties, difficult family dynamics, dating challenges, or feeling disconnected from people you care about.

  • Self-Esteem & Self-Worth

Self-criticism, people-pleasing, perfectionism, difficulty setting boundaries, and learning to relate to yourself with greater confidence and compassion.

  • Mood & Emotional Health

Support in understanding and navigating difficult emotions, building resilience and reconnecting with yourself.

  • Finding Meaning

Exploring your values, identity, and the deeper questions of meaning, purpose, and what makes life feel fulfilling and authentic.

How I work
A few things I think matter.
  • Confidentiality
What you share in our sessions stays between us. That's not a formality — it's what makes the work possible.
  • Safety
I provide a consistent, non-judgmental space where difficult things can be explored without pressure.
  • Transparency
You'll always know what we're doing and why. I think of therapy as a dialogue — your feedback shapes the work as much as my training does.
  • Authenticity
You can come as you are. I show up with the same honesty and genuine presence, without hiding behind a professional mask.
Trained in Moscow and London.
Still learning.

My name is Nadya. I'm a therapist based in Moscow, fluent in both English and Russian. I work with individuals, corporate clients, and run support groups for women. I take ongoing supervision and personal therapy seriously — it keeps the work honest.

  • BSc, University College London (2014) My academic foundation, from one of the world's leading research universities.
  • Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society (GMBPsS)
  • I work in psychodynamic (PPT), psychoanalytic, and existential approaches — but I don't apply them rigidly. The framework follows you, not the other way around.
  • I'm in therapy myself — and I think that matters 50+ hours in psychoanalysis · 85 hours in existential analysis · 20+ hours in EMDR, plus regular group supervision.
  • Teaching & corporate work I have given guest lectures at HSE and London Gates Education Group, and run corporate masterclasses on psychological topics.
  • Digital psychology I also consult on psychology-based digital products — tools that help people understand themselves better.
